Devendra Kumar Goyal (B.Com. F.C.A.)
Devendra Kumar Goyal, qualified as Chartered Accountant in the year 1978. He secured 38th rank all over India in C.A. Intermediate examination. He has worked with reputed organizations like Indian Rayon Corp. Ltd, Flagship Co. of Aditya Birla group, Supreme Industries Ltd, a Plastic giant in the country.

During the career spanning over a period of Thirty Eight years he had enriched himself with thorough knowledge of Accounts, Finance, in depth knowledge of commercial functions, implementation of new projects, successful running of Industrial unit, in charge of a profit center, negotiations with foreign collaborators etc.

Mr. Goyal's experience and exposure to industries provides strength to his advice on implementation of audit program. His suggestion in core areas reflects a touch of practical experience which he possesses. His approach is always problem solving and to the entire satisfaction of clients.

Encouraged by his contacts and backed by his rich experience he decided to join the profession. During twenty four years of his career in the profession he had achieved and crossed various barriers.

After starting his own consultancy in 1992, he is instrumental for setting up system of material management, internal and cost control procedures in various areas ,restructuring and advising of the capital pattern by mix of equity and debt, to its esteemed clients.

He has conceptualized and independently handled two initial public issues (IPO) for manufacturing units with a premium & handsome listing for its clients including distribution and channelizing the retail investor across the country, to make IPO successful.

He has organized short term funds to its clients for sizeable amount. Over the years he has developed a good client base supported by his Professional Team.

Vishnu Kumar Goyal (B.Com. F.C.A.)
Vishnu Kumar Goyal, qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the Year 1980.He started his career as a practicing Chartered Accountant under the name of V.K.Goyal & Associates.

He has over Thirty six years post qualification experience and has specialized in the areas of Internal/ management Audit , Statutory Audit, Bank branch Audit, Co-operative Societies Audit, Tax Consultancy upto Appellate level of corporate, firm and individual assesses. He also looks after indirect taxation, VAT, Service tax, Profession tax and other allied laws.

Pooja Bansal qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the Year 2005 and joined the firm in April 2010. She has done her article ship from A.F. Ferguson and Co. , now known as Delloitte Touche Tohmatsu India Private Limited and gained valuable experience in blue chip companies viz: Goodlass Nerolac Paints ltd , Forbes Gokak Ltd , E-Serve Ltd, Jaslok Hospital, The Bombay Dyeing and manufacturing co. ltd, Hunger Project (NGO) .
After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant,

she has gained more than eleven years of working experience in different fields. She started her career with Wockhardt in Management Improvement Process (MIP) department thereafter she moved to ICICI Bank and UTI Securities (project advisory). Before joining the firm she was working with Singhi Advisors Private Limited as manager in Investment banking.

Over the years she has gained experience in private equity, merger and acquisitions and was responsible for handling the assignments from initiation to completion stage. She has successfully closed private equity deal of around Rs500crores, and worked on joint venture of broking firm with South African Player, among others. She is looking after financial consultancy, sourcing debt and equity finance.
